Content
This course goes deeper into the fiscal aspects of succession by studying various wills and prenuptial agreements. We will not only discuss the effects in the area of the Inheritance Tax Act, but cover the connections with other laws imposing taxes or levies as well.

Required Prerequisites
Principles of Income Tax, Inheritance and Gift Tax, CS Taxation of Individuals.
