SpecificsPlease note that this International Management course is only open to IM students. It is not possible to use this course as an elective for other programs.
Required PrerequisitesOnly students that are registered as MSc International Management student are admitted to this course.
|This course is designed to apply the full range of management and business knowledge to giving professional advice to top-managers operating in an international context. It is a fundamental course for those who work as consultant, prepare for such a career, or for those who will engage with consultants on the client side and want to maximize the results of consulting projects.|
The red line and plot though of this course is to experience and practice every stage of a consulting project: the lead, the pitch, the client engagement, providing deliverables, final presentation, and project closing.
Type of instructionsIn the first and last session, all students will be in one group. All other sessions will be split into smaller tutorials for better interaction. The format of this course is mixed, including lectures, case work, presentations, and discussion.
Type of examsThere is no final exam for this course. Your final grade will be calculated based on the following items: Team project pitch (30%), Team project (30%), Individual participation (30%), and submitted CV (10%).
